We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 15-day return policy.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food or supplements)

  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items (most items in the shop section of the website are made-to-order items)

  • Digital downloads or eBooks

  • Gift cards
    If you are unsure if your item is eligible, please contact us before attempting to return it.

  1. Return Process & Inspection
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  2. Damages & Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@lyndsaycarlson.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  3. Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order once your refund is processed.
